We aim to turn our site into a grand communal student living space where: the community can thrive within a functional open shared space, and where a self-sustaining garden café serves up an affordable lunch.
Our goal is to establish a mixed-use student living community that incorporates green spaces, active collaborative space, and quiet work space through a mixture of public, private and semi-public spaces. We hope to inspire commercial and community development that serves the needs of student residents.
